Performance and Fuel Economy

The 2024 Crosstrek is available with two different four-cylinder engines. The two base trims get 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. If you step up to one of the higher trims, you’ll get a larger engine that delivers 182 horses and 178 pound-feet of torque. Both powertrains come with a continuously variable automatic transmission. With the standard engine, you’ll get up to 35 highway miles per gallon.

The redesigned Crosstrek has standard all-wheel drive, hill start assist, hill descent control, and 8.7 inches of ground clearance, so it’s ready to hit the trails.
